Uplift Saturdays

Every Saturday at 8:30am, we meet out the front of Elwood Bathers for something simple but powerful: 45 minutes of breathwork, meditation, and real connection—on the sand, by the sea.

It’s become one of our favourite parts of the week. These sessions help you slow down, reset, and start the weekend feeling relaxed, clear, and energised.

We wrap up with some open conversation—nothing forced, just genuine chats that often lead to new friendships, and sometimes more.

Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed. Just bring a towel, an open mind, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Uplift provides some refreshing and much-needed stillness in the hustle and bustle of life! It’s a very welcoming space that really feels like a community, and I’ve made some real connections through the sessions. Going to uplift on a Saturday morning is the best way to start the weekend, and I leave every session feeling so calm and content!

Stick Around

After the session, feel free to stay a little longer. Take a quick dip in the ocean to cool off and reset. It’s a refreshing way to soak in the moment and let the sea work its magic.

We usually head to a nearby café afterwards. It’s a relaxed chance to keep the conversations going, whether it’s laughs, deeper chats, or just enjoying a slow morning with like-minded people over coffee or brekky.

There’s no pressure, just community. Come for the breathwork, stay for the connections. We’d love to see you there.
